By placing an order through the IRONCORE website, mobile application, or customer support channels, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time your Order is submitted. If changes to applicable laws require us to modify these Terms after an Order has been placed but before it has been fulfilled, such changes may apply to your Order as required by law. In all other circumstances, the Terms in force at the time of purchase will govern the transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, IRONCORE shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Platform or products.

All products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we ensure high standards of quality and performance, individual results may vary based on usage, training intensity, and care of the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

IRONCORE products are designed for training and lifestyle use. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate apparel based on their activity, environment, and physical condition. IRONCORE shall not be responsible for injuries, discomfort, or performance outcomes resulting from misuse or improper care of products.

IRONCORE shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, government actions, supply chain disruptions, customs delays, or courier interruptions.

IRONCORE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations, and cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
