Shipping Policy
Orders with a merchandise total of AED 300 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders below AED 300 are charged a standard AED 21 delivery fee at checkout.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions or address issues.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS where applicable. IRONCORE is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
