We accept returns on eligible items provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Returns Policy

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

Original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items including worn apparel or clearance items, if applicable, may not be eligible for return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect

Refunds Policy

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

IRONCORE reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.
